El Totoral is a 925-hectare property we have been operating since 2018 in the Department of Salto, north-western Uruguay.
We use the farm’s nearly 2 million m3 of water storage capacity and extensive irrigation system, including three pivots covering 200 hectares, to grow soybean, corn, and wheat.
We plan to implement in 2025 a regenerative beef cattle fattening operation at El Totoral. To do so, we will develop a high-density multi-paddock adaptive grazing system that will allow us to optimise the use of pastures in rotation with crops while regenerating soil health and sequestering atmospheric carbon.
