Introducing Francisco Roque de Pinho
๐๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฐ๐ถ๐๐ฐ๐ผ co-founded ๐ง๐ต๐ฒ ๐๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐๐ฟ๐ผ๐๐ฝ following a circuitous career path spanning banking, capital markets, strategic consulting, asset management, and infrastructure development. Previously, Francisco led Union Group, a London-based investment firm focused on real assets in South America. He also co-founded Union Energy Group, a Peruvian run-of-river hydropower project developer, later acquired by TSX-listed Polaris Renewable Energy.

His earlier career includes roles at Carbon Capital Markets, Booz Allen & Hamilton, Edmond de Rothschild Group, and Banco Icatu in London, Geneva, and Rio de Janeiro.
Since 2017, Francisco has been letting off steam by surfing giant waves in Nazarรฉ, Portugal.
