Breeding and fattening beef cattle at the crossroads of Uruguay, Brazil, and Argentina.
Property Overview
About the Property
El Castillo is a 2,000-hectare property we have operated since 2017 in the Department of Salto, north-western Uruguay. It is situated on National Road 3, just 100 km from Argentina and Brazil. The farm has a full range of livestock management facilities (chute, pen, corral, and cattle dock). We plan to build a vertically integrated regenerative pasture-based beef cattle production system with extensive breeding and intensive fattening units, completing an existing 350-hectare forestry project developed with Forestal Oriental (UPM).
