Meet Tato, Villa Lucero’s highly experienced Capataz.
Tato's role as Capataz encompasses overseeing day-to-day activities at the property, coordinating farm workers, and ensuring the smooth execution of our farming plans.
With a rich history working at the farm, Tato has been an integral part of our team since 2018. However, his connection with Villa Lucero predates our ownership, as he had been previously working at the property for thirty years.
This extensive experience has granted him unparalleled knowledge of each of the property’s 9,000 hectares, making him a cornerstone of our operation at Villa Lucero.
