About the Property
La Pilarica is a 420-hectare property located in the Department of Soriano, in southwestern Uruguay, just 110 kilometres from the port of Nueva Palmira. Since 2018, we have developed an intensive, regenerative beef cattle fattening operation from the ground up, producing sustainable, grass-fed beef. This operation is complemented by rainfed crop production on some of the most fertile soils in our portfolio, boasting a 180 CONEAT Index.
