Sustainable agriculture on some of Uruguay’s most fertile soils.
Property Overview
About the Property
La Pilarica is a 420-hectare property we have operated since 2018 in the department of Soriano, southwestern Uruguay, within 110 km of the port of Nueva Palmira. There, we built from the ground up an intensive, regenerative beef cattle fattening operation to produce sustainable grass-fed beef, which is complemented by rainfed crops grown on the most fertile soils of our portfolio (180 CONEAT Index).
